Did my vagina just sneeze?

That's what I was wondering when I wiped yesterday.  After discussing the size, shape, color, and viscosity with my best friend (who is also a labor & delivery nurse), we determined that it was indeed a small portion of my mucus plug.  Just an aside...10 years ago me & my bff were discussing how much we had to drink the night before, and who we hooked up with....I never would have believed that we would one day be discussing vagina snot in way too much detail.  Ahhh, growing up is fun. 

In addition to walking, cleaning, doing laundry, freaking out because I thought I lost my credit card, eating spicy food, and having sex of course, today I chose another method to get this baby moving.  During my IUI and many subsequent appointments, I wore "lucky" penguin socks.  So today, even thought it is eleventy billion degrees outside, I am wearing my lucky penguin socks.  I figured if they worked on the day she went in, maybe they'll be lucky on the day she comes out :)
