39 week appointment

We may not have totally opened the door, but it looks like we broke the lock off this bitch!  The doctor said I am 1 cm dilated and 60-70% effaced.  This is much better than closed up like a vault and just a little thinned.  We also discussed eviction plans for Patches.  If I make it to my appointment next week, we will schedule the induction for 41 weeks.  It's nice to know there is an end in sight and I will get to meet my little girl soon.
