How hard is it???

I called the new doctor's office a week ago to make an appointment(again). I explain my situation to them (again). This time they tell me that first they have to verify with my insurance company that I have infertility coverage. At least that's better than "well hopefully you'll get pregnant this month and won't need to see us." Ok, no problem, I know I have infertility coverage. She says they will call me back to set up an appointment once that is verified. Fast forward to yesterday. I still haven't heard back so I call them (again). I was told that the woman who verifies coverage had been out of the office, but it is on her desk and she will do it in the afternoon. Guess who still has not received a call? Want to bet I will have to call them (again) by the end of the week?
