Follie Check Update

I had another follicle check ultrasound yesterday.  After several checks of not seeing anything (just lots of small follicles), there was one measuring 14 mm on my left ovary.  I don't know why, but I was a little disappointed there was only one.  I know that's all I need, it's just that we only had 1 when I had the miscarriage, but 2-3 when I had Maddie.   I'm trying so hard to do everything exactly the same as I did that cycle, and part of me already feels like we are doomed because of one follicle.  Crazy, right?  Gotta love irrational thoughts.  We're sticking with 75iu of gonal-f, and I have another ultrasound tomorrow.
