My mini hiatus has been quite refreshing. I am learning to accept my limitations and faults, but also, and probably more difficult, to celebrate my strengths. Like it or not, I'm actually a good mom. Even though I don't know what I'm doing half the time, M has turned out to be a healthy, happy baby. So I guess somewhere along the way, I have done a few things right.
I'm currently prepping for her 1st birthday party. Can you believe it??? I certainly can't believe she is already 1. What a rollercoaster this year has been...full of anticipation, fear, nervousness, excitement, and pure child-like joy!
