Who needs novacaine?

Apparently not me. I had to have the 2nd part of the root canal started 2 weeks ago (before I was pregnant). The dentist decided she wanted to "try this without novacaine." I decided I wanted to punch her in the face, so at least we'd be on equal footing. I think it goes without saying it fucking hurt. A lot.

In other news, I had my 3rd (and possibly final) beta draw today, so now the long wait for the results begins.
