Back to work

It finally happened.  The day I had been dreading was upon me.  My maternity leave finally ended, and since S didn't get a new job making lots of $$$ and we didn't win the lotto, I had to return to the workforce.  I haven't been out of work for this long since I got my first job at 18.  I have decided that I really don't want to work.  And not in the same way that most people don't want to work...but I would really rather stay at home with the baby.  After 6 years of college and grad school, and astronomical student loan debt, I would rather spend my days covered in baby vomit singing nursery rhymes.  Who would've thunk it?  Certainly not me.  Not even 3 months ago.  It's amazing the power this tiny creature holds over me.  I think I really need to start devoting time to getting my freelance art career going.  Not that I have much spare time, but if I am serious, I need to find the time.  Feel free to check out what I've got going on at www.cafepress.com/konite.
